Does sharing classified documents and receiving classified briefings in the Mara Lago dining room count as doing state business?

Should have stored them securely in the garage next to his Corvette, and kept some in a closet of an old employer.

"On November 2, 2022, Joe Biden's personal attorneys found classified documents dating to his vice presidency, some of which were top secret sensitive compartmented information, in a locked closet while packing files at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, a think tank where Biden worked"
Hahahahahaha - I love this comparison used by the fanatic right. False equivalency. Intent truly matters. One person literally stole documents from the US government and then lied about it, and told others to do so. And even showed top secret to others, including those that are not key allies. Another has always opened the door for anyone looking for documents, and all evidence is that any retention was unintentional. And no evidence of sharing outside.

Show me the video where Trump snuck into secure storage and stole documents. Presidents can take classified documents, Senators cannot. How did Senator Biden end up with classified documents off site?

Here is proof of sharing classified information however. Treason

Your link (from a foreign tabloid, I might add) notes:

Hur's report had carefully explained how the criminal case accusing Trump of hoarding classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago resort presents far more serious allegations.

Do you not believe Special Counsel Hur in this regard?

Because lawyers and democrats are always even and fair minded in how they portray information. Hardly even a need for a defense

“Conspiracy theories resist falsification and are reinforced by circular reasoning: both evidence against the conspiracy and an absence of evidence for it are re-interpreted as evidence of its truth…”
