Why I hate customers
#11
Paul F. I told the customer he was endangering his employees in the worst possible way and he ignored me. There are people out in his blast shed sucking in free silica everyday in a concentrated environment. This customer has been doing this for forty years. Why? It's cheaper. Bastardo.

Yes it is class action, in fact an extension of the asbestosis crowd.

I have far more respect for people who tell me the truth than I have for those who tell me what they think I want to hear.

So do I.

I just don't respect people who use the truth as a shield to be an AH.

It's a fine line that many so-called professionals cross too often.

'Mint;

Call OSHA... they'll be happy to shove the MSDS book straight up his walllet...
If OSHA don't help.. a local congress-critter might be able to twist the local OSHA office's tail a bit.

I detest class action lawsuits. The only people that profit from them are the lawyers.

That motto totally goes out the window when the customer is an idiot and/or a douchebag. I choose to spend my time on people who make sense and listen to informed advice.

P. S. I know you were kidding and making light of it...

That's not true.
Why just a couple years ago a class I was in won me $17 from Microsoft!
I haven't gotten the money yet, but I owe those lawyers a HUGE debt of graditude for their selfless pursuit of justice on my behalf.

Paul F,
At least you won $17. I am still waiting for my $2.73 winning loot from a class action lawsuit against Home Depot!
