Totally frustrated with Comcast. Tried several times to figure out what
I'm paying for and eliminate what I don't want. Several years ago some
package we had was being phased out, they moved us to a different pkg.
and gave a couple extra channels that the new pkgs did not have as a
consolation. We have HD, triple play, etc. every time I go to our local
Comcast office, we are somehow between packages, not paying for
top level, but but getting more than the next level down. My statement
lists a plan that not longer exists. I always get talked into keeping what
I have as they try to convince me to just keep the extra channels.
I just lived with this until now, and I'm furious again.
Speed was purchased by Fox, now it's split into two channels, Foxsports1
and Foxsports2. Problem is most of what I watched on Speed went
to #2, which is NOT offered anywhere on Comcast.
As I'm poking around the Comcast website looking for a complaint outlet,
Live Chat chimes in, I guess he could sense my displeasure with the
Channel options and when I started talking about the inaccuracies of
The channel lineups on the web site I was told to call customer service
they are open 8am to 7pm, (it's now 7:15). Then he quickly logged off.
I paying way too much money not to get the channels I want.
