iPhone 6 poll
#11
I am planning on buying an iPhone 6 GS3-size when the used price has come down to a few hundred. If it has a user swappable battery and a storage expansion slot (haven't had time to figure that out.)

I hope to pick up one but not right away. I just barely got my 5. I am also wondering of the 6s will have optical stabilizer instead of just on the Plus.

Oh... it doesn't? Well, if Apple's serious about offering its own versions of semi-recent Samsung models, maybe it will soon.

Probably get a 6 nearer to Xmas.

So, what's your opinion on the 6 vs 6plus?

I'm fine with my 3.5 in 4s and have handled some of those huge Android phones and they just seem closer to a tablet than phone, imho. They seem, to me at least, intrusive when put into my back pocket.

Therefore I was going to go with the 6. The only downside that I can see is the lack of optical stabilization.

Any comments supporting my current frame of mind, or am I off base, and the 6 plus is what I should be considering?

I thought the size of my GS3 was absolutely perfect (for my pocket too).
I'd recommend the iPhone 6 GS3 for you.

Okay, so I just saw this from Apple. the 6 Plus seems to have fairly large battery advantage over the 6.

Does the difference in battery life change the math on which to buy?
