One day is not meant to do harm. The measurables from the days boycott will send a message as to what can happen to “General Bullmoose’s” businesses going forward if people decide to really get serious about enacting extended boycotts.

It's for folks impacted directly by DEI Initiatives being withdrawn.

Maybe it won't have much if any effect, but I think it's pretty easy and not harmful to buy your stuff on Thursday and Saturday.

I strongly disagree with the point that "it won't make any difference."
1. It shows that we the people are capable of taking collective action.
2. If enough people do it, it will register. Maybe some news stories.
3. Is there something _else_ you're doing that makes a difference? Otherwise, well, I wonder....By the same token that you say it won't make a difference, how ward is it to do.
For me, I have plans to have lunch with a friend, and a couple of preplanned purchases (eBay-ish). I'll buy from someone local, not Bevosville, Walmart, Target, etc. And as little else as possible.

I strongly agree with your disagree.
The 'it won't make any difference' is the reason some people don't vote.
And if enough people felt that way, bad things could happen.
This may not be a huge deal, tomorrow.
It may not even be a 'big' deal.
But it might be enough to make the next one a 'big' deal.
And can you, can you imagine fifty people a day, I said
Fifty people a day walking into a store singin' a bar of
Alice's Restaurant, not buyin' a thing and walking out.
And friends they may thinks it's a movement.
Or a movement.
Oh, and I'm in.
