Going Broadband on our own

I hate you all with cheap DSL options.

I am going to commit to 24 months at $32 for 1.5Mb DSL, so I can save $6 off what I am paying now. (Comcast is over $50!)

Slighty OT- I have Verizon wireless and it's really good actually, but I'm sure it varies from region to region.

Back OT- Cable is really quick, so unless you can get 6Mbps DSL I would recommend you go with Cable if you're looking for speed.

Thanks for the link, TheCaberr.
Email, web-surfing, light download which is mostly either freeware or shareware. So I don't think we will need super fast connection speed.

WillyB,
Are you living in the San Gabriel Valley, CA? Also, are you locked into a one year contract? I am checking out the site right now for the baic DSL. It says no contract. Further details indicates a one year committment. Now I am confused.
