There is no, nor has there ever been, any "court decision" like this. The entire description is pure fantasy, and there is not a shred of truth in it.

For that matter, nothing about Obama is "truthful" or "authentic." To what "court" was this bogus statement referring? A tennis "court?" A basketball "court" Or, maybe "Elm Court," that intersects "Elm Street" as in "Nightmare of?"

Hawaii's Health Department is not a culpable party in this very real "Birth Certificate Conspiracy," because their statement of Oct 31 was several months in the making, and with the help of the Attorney General and a platoon of lawyers, they made sure that their statement was as cryptic and non-incriminating as possible while still being technically accurate.

The real conspitators are Obama, himself, his Campaign, and his multimillionaire funders, beginning with George Soros and the Walter Annenberg foundation.

There has never been any formal or informal "court" examination of anything even remotely resembling a certified, original, Hawaiian paper Certificate of Birth, Certificate of Live Birth, Certificate of Hawaiian Birth, or even a real Certification of Live Birth {"COLB"}. All of these are types of birth forms issued by Hawaii and are not equivalent.

You can bet your life that all of the images of Obama's bogus "COLB" posted online are forgeries, and I've proven it 100 times over.

The only thing that Hawaiian officials have ever said with respect to Obama's birth record, is that they have "Obama's original birth certificate."

BUT, Hawaii has never confirmed what type of "original birth certificate" it is, it is, what's on it, or who issued it. Hawaii never said that it was issued by Hawaii or by another country.

It could easily be a Kenyan birth certificate, as there is more evidence for that than for being born in Hawaii.

Basically, after 22 months, America still does not know in what country, in what hospital, in what month, day, and year, and out of whose uterus Obama was born. Ditto for the identity of the real, biological father.

Hawaii most certainly did not attest to its authenticity. Hawaii never even requires supporting documents to issue the Certification of Live Birth, that same type of bogus document allegedly captured on digital images.

I bet that no one here knows that that ANYONE of any age, and at any time who was born anywhere in the world, can walk into Hawaii's Vital Records, show proof of who he or she is (a Driver's License will do), show proof that he or she has lived in Hawaii for the past year, sign a statement saying that your parents were unable to register your birth, tell them your parents' names and races, the date, time, and location of your birth, and then, just on the basis of this information alone, Hawaii will create a new birth record for you, and hand you a certified copy of the Certification of Live Birth {COLB}.

Also, the COLB can be modified at any time.

If you don't believe me, then you can call Alan Keye's attorney in Honolulu, Hawaii, one of the many with whom I am working.

"Did the AP lie?" someone asked? When has the AP ever got their facts straight about Obama -- few as they may be? Just like the rest of the MSM, the AP screwed up yet another, unsubstantiated "factoid," as they have done for thousands of other facts that they have either ignored or managed to turn them on their heads.

I realize that many who voted for Obama would have done so even if he was born on Krypton and sent here in a rocket ship.

The rest of us, however, believe that the Constitution is not something that gets changed to fit someone's personal agenda.

Call us "old-fashioned," but we have this thing about letting a fraud waltz into the highest office of the Land who could never swear to uphold the Constitution after violating one of its most basic tenets.

The highest "courts" in every State and in the Nation will soon render a decision, and they are the only ones that matter.
