I always add Whey Protein (included scoop), Flax Oil (! TBLS), Flax seed (1 TBLS) and sometimes a little Splenda. I usually use frozen fruit and then ad Cranberry juice and blend to preferred texture. Sometimes add a yogurt container for something smoother and different.
