If you don't like bothering with fresh fruit you can always get a bag of frozen mixed berries. Bananas are very easy and good to use, as well as strawberries- you can just toss the whole thing in there (the strawberry, not the banana).

So for me I generally use 1 banana, 5-6 strawberries, 1 scoop of protein, 1 scoop of flax seed, and some orange juice or maybe apple cider. You can also add honey if it's not sweet enough.
