yes i have a G5 and would like to move photos and music back and forth since my d*mn ipod doesn't do my G5
what does partition do?
- Launch "Disk Utility"
- Select the drive {not the volume}
- Click on the PARTITION Tab
- On the Volume Scheme drop down choose "1 Partition"
- Click on Options & Choose "Apple Partition Map" {middle choice}. Click "OK"
- Type in a Name
- In the FORMAT drop down choose Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
- Click on the "Apply" Button & wait a few moments.
