regular tennis/running shoes i will. just the other day i debated whether to do that with my son's leather basketball type shoes. consensus on the net leaned toward washer on delicate okay but no dryer. the shoes emerged considerably cleaner, none the worse for the experience, and, with the help of a box fan, dried in a day.
