How can I view my LAN's bandwidth?

I don't know of an app that will show you an overview for the entire LAN (short of a server solution) but I have Menu Meters installed that gives me a constant readout of network activity both in and out of the computer.
The developers who make iStat Pro also make a similar app. Sits up in the menu bar. |
