Netflix Blu-Ray prices

I guess I didn't ask the question right. I know you can get a movie on BluRay or DVD. but I don't always want to pay the extra fee. maybe I want to activa BluRay (and pay more) around christmas time, but for the rest of the year regular DVD will do just fine and I can save those 4 bucks.
Also, is if 4 bucks for all plans, from 1 to 8 at a time??? |
