Uploading of H.264? Not sure what good that will do. YouTube transcodes the videos that get uploaded. So if they only allows uploading of H.264, they'll still show a Flash version to viewers not using HTML5. Allowing H.264 uploads only would just upset most users. The whole reason YouTube is successful is that they accept a variety of formats and transcode it to Flash.
