Weird iPhone / iPad keyboard glitch: no grave accent (`) character

Is there a pop-up and does it have the accent mark?

I couldn't use my regular screen name here because the Phone doesn't have the ® and I couldn't CnP it. Now that the 'Phone has CnP, it's not a problem.

Same with the 'Pad.
