honestly, I'd be researching alternatives to a cruise if it were me...

That was the first thought I had. If I got seasick that easily, I doubt I'd want to go on a three hour cruise, and I'd also probably be pretty annoyed at the person who was trying to get me to do it anyway. I figure if it's something they really want to do that they'd find their own solution to the problem.
