That's what I heard first. Now, I heard they are not really partnering, and it was just a way to get the NUMMI plant utilized for saving some face. Of course NUMMI has a capacity of 300,000 cars a year, and the now broke Googleaire Musk will be lucky to make/sell 10,000 cars a year.
