Accuracy of Apple Store time estimates?

They'll replace it for $199 (and it's a 32BG). I've been thinking maybe I should do that, just to keep myself from going nuts until I get the 4? Are you saying you think I could get $299 for it, even if I only pay $199 to get it replaced (seeing that it's a 32GB)?
