I'm using SuperDuper on my MacBook and Time Machine on my Mini. The one thing with TM is that
it does it in the background and unless I see the little TM clock turning I never know it's happening.
TM has already paid off for me once in that I was able to go back and pull an old iPod Touch backup
off of it and restore all my settings after I neglected to secure a good backup before Formatting my
Mini. I realize it's not really suppose to be used in this manner but it worked. Also I think the TM
interface is pretty cool! I'm probably going switch over to TM on my MacBook as it was also recently
formatted and it's running fine so I can blank out the 100G partition on my portable HD and set it up
for TM.
I agree with "wurm" I don't really have anything that cause the world to end if I lost it. My photos are
loaded up in 4 places, my Mini's HD, the Mini's FW external HD, my MacBook and my MacBooks
portable HD. My photos would be my biggest heartbreak.
