I expect companies to honor its commitments (especially depending on what those commitments are and the expectations I had going in), but over something so small and meaningless that didn't affect me, I tend to error on reality, let it pass, and get on with life.
Time-senstive would matter to me, but that is still a case-by-case.
I don't go chasing ambulances just to see if I can make a dollar either or mess with the pizza boy because he was five-ten minutes past than the company's guaranteed delivery time, but that's just me.
After everything is said and done, you'll probably get what you want, at least in terms of whatever satisfaction this brings you, but my advice is to let it go.
