Each batch ranges from 1.5-2 quarts. I do NOT finish them all before moving on to the next.
I'm currently in the experimenting/sampling phase, and I plan on having a tasting party in the next month or so. I really would love to open my own ice cream stand/store in 2012, so I need to get my recipes in order!
BTW - my new chest freezer arrived on Sunday AM. So, as they say, IT'S ON LIKE DONKEY KONG!!!!
