The genetics and environment of liberalism

I would think this is related to why conservatism always loses in the long run. Once enough of a liberal beachhead is established, the "idea" is no longer novel and can then gain greater widespread acceptance, even among genetic conservatives.

Gender and racial equality are obvious recent examples; gay marriage is an example of the transformation currently underway. In history, ideas like "personal freedom" and even the "constitution" were wacko liberal ideas that were later widely adopted later.
