It comes pre-set for Pacific Time. You just pull out the crown all the way and advance the hour hand to the correct zone—simple.

Note: The Maximilians that Long Island Watch imports are set to receive the US radio signal, not the European one. So they won't be radio-controlled if you travel outside of the States. Contrariwise, the German ones won't get the signal here.
