Limoncello is a lemon infused vodka that is sweetened with some simple syrup. It is used as a palate cleanser/degustivo. Served chilled. It can also be used as the base for many cocktails. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limoncello
Sangria is a combination of wine and fruit. There are a million different recipes out there, but the best thing to do is experiment until you find your own. We like red wine based and white wine based .http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sangria

Just don't use the good vodka or the good wine, it would be a shame to waste good drinks for these recipes. :drink:
For the limoncello, I'm using Everclear. I know next to nothing about wine, but I do know that I don't cook with anything I wouldn't drink by the glass. Same goes for my sangria. Lucky for me I am quite happy with inexpensive wines.
