Anything new in home blood pressure machines?

My folks have a small, battery operated machine for checking blood pressure. The display is a large LCD but some of the "parts" that make up the LCD numbers are crapping out and not displaying.

For those of you who have a machine at home, whaddya like and why? Thanks!
