Bulbs, not the tribe...
What's the illumination like, the light spread, in particular.
For instance, LEDs are notoriously directional. I've got a one-AA cell Zebra light that lum-heads call a "floody" cool-kid speak for a flood light beam. The way the bulb is placed in the reflector gives a beam with about 120degree spread. It's pretty impressive.
Does this Cree bulb have a wide beam? Can it be dimmed? (LEDs seem to need PWM for dimming.) If it's one of the bulbs above, it seems it's designed for recessed pictures rather than a hanging lamp.
