Rosemary~! what to do with plant over the winter?

Rosemary seems to grow like a weed here in Sacramento. People prune them into hedges.

Temperatures get as low as the upper teens/low twenties, and yes we get frost.

So, I think that Rosemary is little bit more hardy than people think.
