Nice shot. Raw gives you a good bit of flexibility to adjust your shot after capture but you really need a decent image to start with. I did a couple quick raw file adjustments in Lightroom and in NIK Viveza. Everyone adjusts raw to their own tastes and what the intended final use of the image is. With some practice, you can really pull a lot of color and toning information out of the file to get the image to more closely match what your eyes actually saw. Here are a couple examples.
