broke my Bodum French press

I've also broke one of the glass beakers [you can buy a replacement beaker], however, I've also had the plastic Bodum ones that were for travel and supposedly "unbreakable".....they cracked on the bottom and it seems to be a common issue with the plastic ones.....from the pressure of pushing down......so either way glass/plastic it will break....
