If it still has the OEM boot partition, you might be able to do a system restore so you can copy the original motherboard chipset drivers. Without them, it sometimes prevents all the hardware from being recognized properly. If that is not available, it might be possible to track down the type of chipset and install a compatible set of drivers from a motherboard manufacturer like Gigabyte or ASUS.
