To me, a lot of this depends on what you want her to learn, and from what perspective (e.g., how you want to approach it).
If she's a teenager, she probably already knows a lot, without your having told her anything.
If you want her learning more details about the anatomy and how everything works, Our Bodies, Ourselves is a great choice (as others have mentioned), but here are some others:
http://www.amazon.com/Body-Drama-Bodies-..._3?ie=UTF8&qid=1376982263
http://www.amazon.com/Growing-Up-Its-Gir..._2?ie=UTF8&qid=1376982263
http://www.amazon.com/Sex-Teens-Uncensor..._4?ie=UTF8&qid=1376982263
http://www.amazon.com/The-Care-Keeping-Y...pd_sim_b_2
... one of these might suit you (and her!). I especially like the looks of that first one, given how frequently teenage girls are uncomfortable, unhappy, and/or insecure with their bodies. It's good to have a book for them to read that tells them that everything they're worried about is, most often, totally normal.
