I live in a place where they close down freeway 8 to 10 times a year. The truck drivers try to go down the sections of old hiways that were built in the 30's before semi's were around> Bridges are to narrow, corners to sharp, but they are in a hurry. They park in the middle of hiway between 2 towns close to truckstop and end up blocking the equivalent to
9 lanes of travel. You don't have to be smart to be a truck driver.
