I am going camping more and more and wanted to get a knife for these trips. I talked with a friend who camps often and said if I was looking for a knife to last my lifetime, get a Benchmade. I put together a custom Barrage knife for under $150 (the non-custom ones go for $200+) and it should be here next week. Yeah, I could get a knife for $10 or so, but I wanted something GREAT and was built in the US.
