I have no experience with either of these printers. However, they could be a decent replacement for your Canon printers. Both the HP and Epson have two separate paper trays, where one of them could be used exclusively for envelopes. The Epson 3540 is also $130 cheaper than the HP 8600 Officejet Pro on Amazon and will take generic inks. If you do some research there is probably also a Laser all-in-one with the same functionality.
