Same here. Also some goofy charges from a bumbling chat support rep that I was promised were removed, but weren't.
If I hadn't just bought that modem it would be an excellent time to try ATT again.
My advice re: Comcast for the past few years has been that it's fine as long as you don't need anything from them. Nothing's changed....
