Try to load http://192.168.100.1 If it doesn't load and the lights on your modem seem fine, then restart your router. If you still can't load 192.168.100.1, restart your modem.
Also, check the modem status & logs. If there's no errors and everything is ok, then you know the modem isn't the problem. |
