SSD recommendation Mid 2010 13" MBP

Thanks for the options. I've got a nice 256GB SSD that has been running in my desktop for two years. Thought about upgrading that to a larger drive and putting it into my laptop...

I'm not looking for miracles, but just like tinkering.
