Best brand all-in-one printer under $200?

I print 8x10 art prints at home using a thick watercolor rag paper and I've always used Canon printers. I'd like to be able to print up to 11x17 but Canon doesn’t offer much for under $200 - but Epson does. I personally do not like HP and the last Epson I had was riddled with problems (but that was 10 years ago). So, just wanting to get some feedback on your favorite brands in terms of build quality, print results, reliability, bang for your buck, etc.
