Is it just me, or is iTunes 12's Playlists a clusterf*ck?

The old, functional iTunes remains underneath the surface; one just has to coax it into the open, which to me is the real problem.
I agree. On the other hand, once you do, it seems to me the interaction is like it always was.

I just go to Playlists view and then simply use drag-and-drop to edit playlists.
