I think also this may allow backdoors for spyware/trojans, since Apple does not check the Apps you install from Cydia and other sources.
Tethering for my grandfathered in verizon unlimited. Kodi support without hassles. Lots of little tweaks. The ability to block future update. Added resale value on the phone.
