Recommendation of 70" TV Wall Mount

I like the lowest profile mount I can get, no swinging, tilting etc. The set brackets just hang off the top rail, so when I've had to switch out cables, I just tilt the bottom out and reach up.

Be sure to mount the brackets to studs. I also punched through and ran all my lines inside the wall to keep things clean

I agree - I want the mount as slim as possible, with the exception of a room where the display is on a perpendicular wall to the viewing area, and pulling it out when viewing and having it flat when not is preferable. In my experience the swing out mounts tend to sag over time due to the weight on them.

I do however, recommend a small amount of tilt-ability in the ultra-slim mount - gives the ability to get behind for cabling/etc.

Many mounts have bubble levels built in to ensure correct (level) mounting. If not, there are plenty of free level apps for your smartphone.

Definitely mount into studs (usually 16" apart). Be sure to drill correct size holes for the lag screws that come with the mount, and use some kind of wax/soap as a lubricant on the threads before screwing them in, so you don't break the lag screws.

+1 for Monoprice mounts.
