Refillable HP Ink Carts, and Auto Update

All of these ink carts have been either at my house or purchased new from Costco. So no 3rd party mess up. I would guess. I go to SHOW PRINTER WEBpage, and it starts to open another tab, but it never completely opens, so is just white.
has a URL at top of safari: http://hpf0921c51d909.local. So the carts are refilled at Costco,not new |
