Gonna need a drawing to estimate it, or create it.
I'm going to bet that a hobbyist machinist will be TONS cheaper than a machine job shop, but you never know.
If my lathe wasn't in storage, and I had the right thread pitch of die, such a screw would take me maybe half an hour to 45 minutes to make, another 10-15 to make it pretty.
Someone who makes small screws more often than I do could probably make it half that time.
