I use PIA. Here is the list of cities you can connect from. If you connect to Banks, Credit Card Companies, etc., the problem is they aren't sure it is you or a hacker. So they make you confirm your ID, either by email or text message. Switch cities and you have to verify again.

If you use DD-WRT on your router you can put the info into DD-WRT and everything on your network will go thru the VPN. May work on other router configs, I just haven't tried it.
