People also complain about getting a scratched or unplayable DVD from Netflix in their reviews of movies and TV shows.
It seems like Amazon would have a way to weed those out. You'd think a more valid review system would be to their advantage.
That's why I first look at all the one stars and see if there is a pattern, then the 2s.
