That tactic worked before Go Fund Me and such. Now the public can help a person pay the legal bills to go head-to-head with a bullying lawsuit. Plus, this guy's advance would probably cover legal fees; that is assuming that no lawyer would take it on just to punch Trump in the nuts.

Anyhow, Trump isn't going to pursue it, as pointed out above.
