Also you can clean Alkaline white stuff stuff with vinegar, you won't even be able to tell there was a leak. Use Q tips, vinegar, and you can save that one-of-a-kind-hard-to-find item.

I've done that, at times. Or steel wool depending on the item.

Comms and RF mics are all proprietary now and no 2 manufacturers use the same. They all have their own charging station and you can only buy OEM.
