We're still golfing and biking/kayaking 7 days a week. But, since our grandchild has gotten more active we've discovered that getting up from the ground after we play with him is, let us say, a challenge! So, we got out the old Royal Canadian Air Force exercise book and started doing those--yesterday. I'm pretty sore today! My dad had used the book back in the 60's and when he passed it was one of the half dozen things I wanted to remind me of him. I figure if we do them regularly then getting up from the floor will become tolerable.
