Aunt Jemima gets its new name

As a white male, I fail to see anything overtly racist in the depiction of Aunt Jemima, even though it may have originally been based on a racist minstrel stereotype. She was just a nice, smiling lady on some syrup that I recall from my childhood. Is it a win that the rebrand is as boring as it is inoffensive or is it more offensive that a piece of black history was erased?
