Aunt Jemima gets its new name

I'm syrup-agnostic, in that I'm not a syrup snob- they all taste ok or better, to me.

I've had some off brand 'real' maple syrup from Safeway, that was different, but good.

I grew up on different generic syrups, Log Cabin, Aunt Jemima, any brand name was a treat for us.

Not that our unwashed palettes new any better.

As long as it's maple flavored and not strawberry, blueberry, or berriberry, I'm ok with it.

I do think a lot, though not all of this rebranding is silly, but it's not my call.
